Spirit Week at our schools kicked off with pajama day on Monday. One thing is for certain, these Above and Beyond staff members are not sleeping on the job! Please take a moment to recognize all of these workers for their dedication to our students and school. Lancaster County Public Schools would not be the same without them.
We will be having an early dismissal on Thursday, September 21, for parent-teacher conferences. Students will be dismissed from all buildings at 12:30 pm.

The mechanical issue at Lancaster High School has been resolved and the high school will resume its normal schedule tomorrow, Wednesday, August 30th.
This is an update to our current mechanical issues at Lancaster High School. At this time, the issue has not been resolved. This means that Lancaster High School will be closed tomorrow, August 29th. Lancaster High School teachers will be available by email from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm. Lancaster Elementary School and the Early Childhood Education Center will remain open. We will update you tomorrow on the situation.
On August 28th, 2023, Lancaster High School students will dismiss at 12:30 pm due to a mechanical issue causing the air condition to not work properly. Lancaster Elementary School and Early Childhood Education Center will remain open and dismiss at regular time today.
For those that were not able to get the bus information at the "Meet the Teacher Night", bus routes will be posted on the LHS front windows and at LES on the window by the old 6th grade entrance by noon, Aug 19th. We will be validating and changing stops until Aug 22. The finalized stops will again be posted at the same location by September 2nd. The final bus routes will begin on September 5th.
