Today we celebrate our amazing students who strengthen our school community, as well as our Special Education teachers and support staff for their dedication to ensuring meaningful learning for every child.

Prior to student dismissal this afternoon Lancaster Elementary Campus went into a “secure” out of an abundance of caution. This was due to a suspicious person identified near campus. A “secure” involves bringing staff and students inside the building and securing all exterior doors. During a “secure” we continue regular school operations within the building.
Visitors are not allowed to enter or exit the building during a “secure”. Shortly after we entered the “secure” our campus was deemed safe by law enforcement. We resumed our dismissal procedure on time with increased law enforcement presence on campus to ensure the safety of our school community.
