
LHS will be transporting Northern Neck Technical Center students to and from NNTC on Wednesday and Thursday (March 13-14). Chesapeake Bay Governor's School students will also have transportation both days.

Due to impending severe weather conditions, LCPS will dismiss at 12:30pm today. All after school activities are canceled.


📢 Reminder! Parent-Teacher Conferences are now scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th, and students will have a 12:30 PM dismissal that day.

Lancaster County Public Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay on Friday, February 21st.
The morning NNTC group will remain at LHS; the afternoon NNTC group will travel to the NNTC tomorrow. CBGS students will remain at LHS.


Lancaster County Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, February 20th. Essential personnel is to report at 10 AM.
Students are to work on their remote assignments that were sent home with all students on Tuesday, February 18th. Teachers will be working virtually and will be available by email.


LCPS will be closed on Wednesday, February 19th due to the incoming storm forecasted to arrive sometime in the morning. Although we do not want to lose any additional instructional hours, the safety of our staff and students is first and foremost.
All students PreK through 12 will be bringing home remote work that will provide practice and learning that can be done at home for current classes. Parents and guardians will receive a follow up email from your principal regarding this remote work with some additional information.
