On October 30, 2026, Lancaster High School welcomed Thebra Lawrence, local real estate agent and associate broker who took time to share her experiences and introduce students to the exciting career opportunities in real estate.
Interested students signed up for this opportunity to listen, ask questions, and make valuable connections with a local professional. They learned what it takes to become a real estate agent, including the education, training, and testing required to earn a license. Ms. Lawrence also emphasized the importance of interpersonal skills that contribute to success in the profession, including effective communication, maintaining professionalism, building relationships, and committing to continuous learning.
At Lancaster, we believe career exploration starts with helping students recognize the opportunities that exist right here in their own community. By connecting students with local professionals, we are helping them discover different career paths, understand educational requirements, and envision possibilities for their futures.
Thank you, Thebra Lawrence, for sharing your time, experience, and insights with our students!
