A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Lancaster Elementary School for Hometown Heroes Career Day on October 1, 2026. Our students had the opportunity to meet local professionals, learn about a variety of careers, and see the many opportunities available right here in Lancaster County. Our Lancaster High School JROTC members worked with students to share about the high school program and how they can be part of the JROTC in the future.
Connecting students with our local businesses, organizations, and community leaders helps them understand how their education connects to the real world while building a strong future workforce that supports a thriving community and a better quality of life for all of us.
