Lancaster County Public Schools is proud to invite families and community members to celebrate the opening of the new Lancaster High School. A series of events has been planned to give the public an opportunity to experience this exciting addition to our division.
The celebration will begin with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Monday, June 29 at 5:00 PM. This event will mark the official opening of the new facility. Please note that tours will not be provided during the ceremony.
Community members will then have the opportunity to step inside the building during an “As Is” Community Preview Open House on Saturday, July 25 from 9:00–11:00 AM. While staff will be actively preparing for the upcoming school year, this preview allows the public to see the building before final preparations are complete.
A final Community Open House will take place on Saturday, September 12 from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, when the school is fully operational for the 2026–2027 school year. This event will showcase the building in action and highlight how the space supports teaching and learning.
All events are open to the public. Lancaster County Public Schools looks forward to welcoming the community to celebrate this important milestone and to experience a facility designed to serve students, staff, and the broader community for years to come.
