Exciting news for our youngest learners! Lancaster Early Childhood Education Center is now accepting applications for preschool for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
This opportunity is for new students who will be 3 or 4 years old by September 30, 2026. Families are invited to attend our Preschool Application & Screening days:
April 16 | 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
April 17 | 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
During your visit, you’ll complete the application process and your child will participate in a fun and engaging screening. Screenings help us get to know your child’s development in areas like language, thinking skills, and motor development.
What to Expect
Students must attend the screening
Screenings include activities focused on early learning skills
Families should bring required documents to complete the application
What to Bring
Original birth certificate
Parent/guardian photo ID
Proof of Lancaster County residency
Proof of income (W-2, 1040 tax return, or 3 recent pay stubs)
Child’s 2026–2027 school physical
Updated immunization record
Appointments are required, so be sure to reserve your 1-hour time slot in advance.
