Lancaster High School 8th grade students are sitting down to develop their 8th grade plans, mapping out the courses they’ll take throughout high school. Students have learned about types of diplomas they can earn and the many opportunities available at Lancaster High School such as the Early College Academy, Northern Neck Technical Center, and Chesapeake Bay Governor’s School.

Students are using an online platform to track courses and have participated in career interest surveys to help them choose pathways aligned with their personal goals and interests. By mapping out all four years of high school, students are making informed decisions about their high school experience and postsecondary plans.
