Lancaster High School would like to congratulate our Boys Track and Field team as well as the Boys Baseball Team for being Region A Champions.
The track and field team scored 139 points on May 24th to claim the Region 1A Championship. Fourteen members of their team will compete at the state level in Harrisonburg on June 2nd and 3rd. In addition to the boy's success, the girls track and field team placed second in the region and will send 12 athletes to the state meet.
The baseball team won two games on the road to earn their Region A title. On June 1st they beat Middlesex 4-1 to claim the championship. The boys will now host the state quarterfinals on June 6, 2023 against William Campbell.
