Physicals

All student athletes that are trying out for any LHS sport must have the VHSL physical form completed on or after May 1st, 2023. You can go to vhsl.org or the LHS website to obtain a copy of the physical form or paper copies are available in the LHS front office.

LCPS Athletic Rules

To ensure the safety of our students/guests and allow all to enjoy the game, the following rules will be enforced at all LCPS athletic events. 1) No bags are allowed - this includes purses. Diaper bags are permitted. 2) Students in grades 7 and below MUST be accompanied by a supervising paying adult at all times. 8th-12 graders will need to show their LHS ID card to enter without an adult. These ID cards have been provided to all LHS students. 3) Re-entry is NOT permitted at athletic events. 4) Profanity and/or aggression will not be tolerated and will be cause for expulsion from the event. 5) No outside food or drinks are permitted
