Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year! Lt Colonel R.G. McManus, Jr is the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor in charge of the Air Force JROTC program at Lancaster High School.
He has taught JROTC for 16 years and this is his 7th year at Lancaster High School. He has an advanced Aerospace Science Instructor rating and has been awarded 4 Outstanding Instructor Awards from the Air Force.
