The Lancaster County School Board is currently soliciting applications to fill the position of superintendent of our school division. The leadership of our schools is a very important component to the ongoing success of our students, teachers and staff. Therefore, the selection process should be inclusive and reflect the thoughts and concerns of the entire Lancaster community. A Superintendent Search Survey has been developed to assist the School Board in this regard and will be a useful tool in the selection of our new superintendent. You can help by completing the survey questions and encouraging others to do the same. In addition to the online/electronic surveys, paper copies can be found at each Lancaster County School and the School Board Office.
