Attention Parents! The soccer game for today has been canceled. There will be no practice.

A reminder that Tuesday, September 17th, is Parent-Teacher Conferences. There will be a 12:30 dismissal for students and conferences are from 2-6 pm.

The Activity Bus will be running on Mondays and Wednesdays this year starting on September 16th. Please see the schedule for details. https://5il.co/1hmpj

LCPS School Board will hold their monthly meeting on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 5:30 pm. The School Board meeting will be held at the Hayden Building at Dream Fields. Dream Fields is located at 1385 Irvington Road, Weems, VA, 22576. If you have any questions, please email amolineaux@lcs.k12.va.us.

We are in the last week of August! If your child has had perfect attendance for August, your name gets entered into a raffle.

The School Board will have a work session on July 31st, 2024 at Front Porch Coffee House. The meeting will be held from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Front Porch Coffee House is located at 139 South Main Street in Kilmarnock.

Students on the Bus 10 route will be delivered home approximately 30 minutes later than normal, today, April 25th.

The Early Childhood Education Center will be closed on Thursday, April 11th due to a plumbing issue. The ECEC plans to be open on Friday, April 12th, but will notify you if anything changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. LES and LHS will remain open on Thursday, April 11th.

Calendar Reminder that Tuesday, March 19 will be the last day of Quarter 3 and Wednesday, March 20 will be a staff work day so there will be no school for students.

Mrs. Forrester's class has been leading Grades 1-7 with their Zearn usage and lesson completion for the week! Did you know that students can sign onto Zearn at home to practice their math skills? See the flyer below to see how your child can sign into Zearn and practice their math skills over this long weekend.

Lancaster County Public Schools will operate on a two hour delay, tomorrow January 19th. Further evaluation will determine if any changes to opening are needed and, if necessary, an update will go out by 8 am.

Due to the amount of standing water and the hard freeze overnight, Lancaster County Public Schools will be on a 2 hour delay on Wednesday, January 17th.

Tuesday, January 16th is a staff workday at LCPS. All staff may report two hours late tomorrow, January 16th.
