ECEC Remote Learning

Dear Parents/Guardians of the 2039 and 2040 Graduating Class,

We want to share our plan for remote learning in the event of an emergency school closure.

If the Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) has a remote learning day, students will complete a packet at home. Families will only need to use the packet when a remote learning day is specifically announced for the ECEC.

Please note that there may be days when Lancaster High School (LHS) and/or Lancaster Elementary School (LES) is remote, while the ECEC remains closed. To stay informed, please follow our school website, Facebook pages, and local news stations for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding school closures and remote learning days.

The remote learning packet will be sent home this upcoming Friday, January 23rd. Please keep the packet in a safe location so it is available when needed. The packet is organized into five different days for your convenience.

For your child to be counted present on a remote learning day, only the assignment for that specific day must be completed and returned to school when school reopens.

On remote learning days, teachers will be available to support families and answer questions via ClassDojo or email.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Amanda Ambrose
