Even though 8th graders will be at LHS, they can still participate in sports at LES.

VHSL Physical Form completed after May 1, 2023 must be turned in before participating in any sport at LES/LHS.

The Northern Neck Free Health Clinic will offer free sports physicals on the following days:

Wednesday 6/21 from 9am-3pm

Thursday 6/29 from 1pm - 7pm

Wednesday 7/19 from 9am - 3pm

Tuesday 7/25 from 1pm - 7pm
