On November 10th, the Lancaster County School Board approved the superintendent's recommendation to continue instruction virtually through the remainder of the 1st semester for K-12 with the exception of students enrolled in regional programs who are already attending in-person. This will allow everyone to get through the holidays safely.

The board also approved his recommendation to reopen for in-person attendance on a hybrid schedule for our Pre-K through 3rd grade students on January 20th. The option for students to choose to remain 100% virtual will still be offered.

It is extremely important that we have your learning choice for each student in order to properly plan for a hybrid schedule. Will your student return for in-person instruction when available or will they remain 100% virtual? If you have not yet completed the form or need to make a change please do so here

LCPS will need to know the learning choice for every student so that we may properly plan for in-person instruction. We are still missing choice preferences from a large portion of students. The online form can be accessed through the school website here.
All families will be receiving information in the mail about what the day will look like when students are able to return on a hybrid schedule so that you can make the best decision for your child/ren.

At all times, safety will remain our top priority and we will monitor current state and local data before proceeding.
