Hello LCPS Families,
LCPS began distributing hotspots and Chromebook loaners today to students who have completed a request form. Request forms are available on our website and a hard copy was mailed home with the most recent learning packets. You may still put in a request form if needed. Please contact your school principal if you have turned a form in and have not been contacted with your appointment time. Forms for picking up medications and/or instruments are also available online and were sent home with learning packets; please be sure to complete one if needed.
Grading guidelines for the spring 2020 semester have been posted under the ‘Live Feed’ on the LCPS website. Final report cards will be mailed home the week of June 1st.
Also available on our website’s ‘Continuity of Learning’ page are Google Classroom activities and instructions on how to access individual class pages. These optional activities are available to all students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. As we begin to utilize Google classrooms as an additional optional resource for ‘Continuity of Learning’ there will most likely be some glitches. We will work to resolve them as soon as possible and thank you in advance for your patience and teamwork! Please call or email your building principal if you have any questions about devices, hotspots, grading or additional inquiries.
